## Visit Bulgaria UI Sound Kit

This UI sound kit — including all 31 audio files (`*.wav`), the synthesis source code (`generate.py`), and accompanying documentation — was created by **Kristian Kostadinov** and is licensed **exclusively for use within the Visit Bulgaria mobile application, website, and associated Visit Bulgaria brand properties**.

## Permitted use

The following uses are permitted without further permission:

- ✅ Embedding and playback of the sounds inside the **Visit Bulgaria mobile app** (iOS, Android, web companion)
- ✅ Use in **official Visit Bulgaria marketing, trailers, social-media content, and promotional material** produced for the Visit Bulgaria brand
- ✅ Internal use by Visit Bulgaria's design, development, and marketing teams
- ✅ Modification, tuning, and re-synthesis of the sounds for the same Visit Bulgaria use cases (the source in `generate.py` may be edited)
- ✅ Redistribution as part of internal design-system handoffs, prototypes, or developer builds **of Visit Bulgaria products**

## Prohibited use

The following uses are **not permitted** without prior written permission from the author:

- ❌ Use of any sound, or the source code, in any product, app, brand, or project **other than Visit Bulgaria**
- ❌ Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the sounds to third parties
- ❌ Inclusion in public sound libraries, sample packs, stock-media marketplaces, or asset stores
- ❌ Use by vendors, agencies, or contractors for non–Visit Bulgaria work, even if those vendors currently work with Visit Bulgaria
- ❌ Training of AI / ML models on the audio or source code

Any use outside the permitted scope requires written authorisation from the author.
